Turn indicator arrows do not illuminate.
Neither indicators in the instrument cluster of my 78 f250 don't illuminate. I pulled the instrument cluster and replaced the bulbs, and cleaned up the copper on the circuit board. I have blinking power for R/L and hazard at the connector that plugs into the instrument cluster. The rest of the lights work in the cluster and the truck.
Any ideas? thanks

Can you please explain what this means specifically? How exactly was this test performed and what specifically is meant by "blinking power?"
