Fog light wiring plug, universal?

Fog light wiring plug, universal?
Does anybody know if the Superduty shares the wiring plug (the one that goes into the fog light) with any other Ford product? Im looking to add fog lights to a 99 without any factory wiring. Im not worried about the wiring part only how to attach 12 volts to the lights themselves. Any ideas or thoughts?

I bought a fog light kit from 1stfordparts.com for $230~. It has the harnesses, switch, relays, lamps and brackets. I hope to install it soon. It looks like the hard part will be removing the bumper, I beleive 4 nuts and 2 screws hold it on. The fish are biting here so I might not get it installed too fast.
