1996 Mazda B4000

My B4000 is making a strange sound , kinda like something is out of round . Hard to explain but driving me crazy trying to locate where it is coming from . Any ideas .. seems to be more noticable at lower speeds 1st and 2nd gear . thanks in advance

One thing to consider is a maybe a wheel bearing is failing.
