Well if your friends jumped off a cliff would you? oh right.....
First off, hes lucky he's alive.
Second, most people know its a STUPID [filtered language] IDEA to jump where you could fall 6 stories down, especially AFTER drinking.
And lasty, kill the parents, the kid and the lawyer. The only think we are doing by keeping them alive is allowing stupid people to reproduce. It should be stopped NOW. And if they win, kill the judge.

I read that story. Just goes to show what this world is coming too. It's got to the point that we have to protect the idiots from hurting themselves. Something wrong with folks that do stupid stunts like that and don't think of what could happen if the stunt goes wrong.

Lets sue McDonalds too,after all it was their fault also.If it had not been for the extra weight he had put on by eating 15 cheese burgers he would have made it!And we might as well add Nike to the list,their shoes didnt give him enough traction!There is just too much of this garbage going on these days,somebody needs to slap our lawmakers up side the head and say wake up!But,OUCH!Hey wait a minute,I just spilled my coffee and burned my self,I think I will sue Mr Coffee,no wait I heated it up in the microwave,Ok Kenmore then!

what a total waste of society's resources to coddle and pay-off a stupid kids parental lack of supervision. I hope the city of Orlando and the garage owner are counter-suing for reckless endangerment, vandalism, tresspass and whatever else they can think up.

Maybe they should sue the city for letting them build the parking garages so close together. -NOT!
They should charge the kid's parents for the fencing.

sue the garage for not putting up safety fences that are there to protect people from jumping? what the heck is this world coming too. I oughta sue the people that built the gate so close to the road that I hit in my first accident, think I can win that one? If any judge were to award them against the garage, then it just proves that society today is indeed taking a turn for the worst. I mean, the parents should take their child home, discipline him for being that stupid, and leave it at that. I know thats what my dad would do, forget this legal crap, it would be my fault, my stupidity, and my punishment. I can't believe some people.

I did stupid stuff when I was younger, but nothing like kids do now. Where are they coming up with this stuff. If that was me my dad would have finished the job the fall didn't do. I wonder if people that sue over stuff like this realize they are the reason we are doomed. They will probably win the lawsuit, but then complain when it cost extreme amounts of money to park in a parking garage.

i think that he should have been smart enough to know it wasnt a good idea. but then again, what else would they be able to do in there spare time? i mean, lawmakers are saying, they cant ride bikes in the city and crap, and they cant skateboard at the park, they probably cant drive yet, they cant get jobs because there arent that many jobs to be had, at least around here. they cant sit on msn and chat in the chat rooms anymore because it costs money, there just isnt anything to do in the city. im not standing up for his stupid decision im just saying.
