Excursion Front Mods
i have an 03 eddie bauer excursion (white excursion with a tan trim on the bottom and the bumpers are all tan - no chrome). I am really interested in changing the excursion's front but am having trouble deciding what to do. I figured it would be good to get some others opinions, maybe there are others with the same thoughts, so just let me know what you think.

I have an 03 as well, mine is a limited. Mineral gray, it looks like tan though. I replaced running boards and all of the tan parts, with black ones. I like it better that way, and I would like to change my grill inserts in some way too, but im not sure how or what.
Heck I still have all of that tan stuff in my garage in boxes.

Maybe i can try that,
before I spend money on something else. The black may look pretty good with the mineral color wraped all around it.
Heck its worth a try. I just have to wait intill it warms up a bit hear. Ohio weather is not the nicest thing right now.
Nice pic's of your x. I always did like black but, never really wanted to try and keep it clean, I would spend alot of time with a rag in one hand to keep it that way. You have a very nice truck though.

Ah,
u get used to having the best looking color when clean and the worst when anything BUT
And the great $5 exterior wash right down the street has kept the rags outta my hands for two X's and 3 or 4 years !

Eric, i have never seen a eddie bauer with the chrome bumper, i may have, but it just never really hit me.

I am replacing my factory painted all BLACK gril from my Limited '03 X. Purchased a complete aftermarket chrome to bighten up the front end. I will be listing the grill and the OEM shocks on ebay later this week. Look up "search by seller" on ebay. Then enter "BigMutts" to see listings. (3 weeks ownership, over $2000 in mods so far!) Getting to many ideas from this board!!!Brian
