Jerking with van.
My parents have an 93 Ford Aerostar 3.0 and its starting to jerk and trying to quit, my dad changed the oxygen senser on the exhaust, changed the transmission filter, and the water pump was going out so he changed that too.
He changed the oxygen sensor (which i think what its called) twice but no dice, we think it could be the cat converter but were running out of solutions. any suggestions

Ok, smell the exhaust, and tell me a little more of what you've done. If the exhaust smells strongly of gas, the cat is plugged, and faulty. Will the engine rev, or does it only run rough at idle. If it is only at idle, I'd suspect the Idle Valve. It is a solenoid on the throttle body, and they sometimes either burn out, or plugged. You may also have a vacuum leak.
