glass packs

Have any of you guy's tried glass packs on a 1986 F-150 300-6? Iam looking at the Summit dual cat back system with 3" single exhaust with 3" dual pipes.

3 inch is a little big for that motor. I think at most I'd go 2.5. The bigger the pipe the less backpressure you'll have, the less torque the motor makes down low where the 300 needs it.
