I have forged front axles, no ball joints. The steering center link bolts to the spindle. In the process of replacing my radius arm bearings, I may have damaged the theads. The nut I took off won't thread back on. I did have to use a hammer to knock it out of the spindle but did that on the other side and it went back together fine.
My question is, can that "bolt thing" be replaced? It seems to move around in the center link. I took out the little nipple like screw that threads in to the bottom of the link but couldn't figure out how to get the bolt think out. Or do I have to replace the entire center link?
