Drivers Side Exhaust Manifold
I was helping my son replace the power sterring pump Saturday on his 87 B2. We have been hearing an exhaust leak on the drivers side since he bought it about year ago. While all the stuff was out of the way I could see the manifold clearly.
What I saw kinda shocked me, The farthest forward bolt hole was all but gone. Looks like the front of the manifold has broken off, and the bolt has been melted/eroded to next to nothing.
It is obvious to me that I need to replace the manifold but I am worried about getting that bolt out and not ruining the head.
My second question is where can I get headers for this thing that have all the emissions stuff on them and will fit 4x4? Most I see are for the 2x4 B2's.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Before taking it off, I would make sure it was not broken and then someone welded it in place. I bought a BII once where had someone welded an exhaust to an exhaust manifold when the studs for the exhaust flange broke.
