Welder....?

Does anyone know of or got any mig welders for sell im i need and going to try this before i buy a new one...thanks

Finding a GOOD welder on the used market is a tough job. If you do it is only because you're lucky.

What size MIG are you looking for? That might help you to get a better response here.

Check with some of the welding supply houses in your area, some take trades in on new units. Greg

Yes sorry should of given a better desription, i live in IL near chicago and im

planning on c notchin my truck and doing lots of body mods to it so i dont really

know what kind of welder i would need if you could help me out with that too

that would be great even if i have to buy a new one i just dont have a ton of

cash now.. thanks

At the minimum I would go with a 130 amp 120v mig. If you have 220v you can always go bigger. Greg

DOn't know if I'm breaking any rules by doing this, but here goes. Search Ebay for seller weldingsuppliesatioc. He has free shipping on all welders, cutters and such and sells at least a couple hundred dollars under every other place I've checked. I haven't bought from him yet, but his feedback speaks for himself.

Any body ever heard about the chicago electric welders on harbor freight are they junk...and thanks for that ebay link subliminaldanger and everyone else.

been a frame and body guy for to long. if you want to weld for cheap try the little lincolns. you can get them at menards and farm and fleet. at least north of chicago. dont risk good frame work with crap welder

which lincoln would you sugjest for doing some frame work and things (billsbigbronco) or anyone else.
