THANKS
I had the BFGoodrich ATs on my 04 F350 and they were great. They were wearing well, quiet on pavement and excellent in snow. I also believe Bridgestone to be good tires as well. Good luck Wrenchtraveller.
Toyo open country. I have the BFG's and don't really like 'em so far. I have had the toyo's and loved them. Good price, great wear and the ride/noise is good as well.
I live in agriculture/cattle country. Dirt roads, muddy roads, the works! I have the Bridgestone Revo 285/75's and I love them. My boss has the BFG's on his FX-4 and he frequently loses traction on dirt/mud. I don't with my tires. I vote for the Revo's...
I believe that they were Petersons tire of the year again (surprise surprise). Not to mention that the tire comes with a severe weather rating, and all the above mentioned don't.
I love my BFG's - they handle well on the road, and seem to be wearing like iron!!! My Dad has a set with 15,000 miles on them and you can't tell the differece between his, and mine that have about 5,000 miles.
