When was the 3.0L

What was the last year for a 3.0L non duratech in the ranger?All i see now is the duratech 3.0 I am a little sceptical of them.I know the old iron head 3.0 was good for 200-250k

They are still using the old Vulcan 3.0 in Rangers and Taurus.

Thanks for the info.looking at a new Ranger and wanted to make sure I got the vulcan engine.
