Vision X HID's Installed!
All i have to say is that these lights ROCK. The install took about an hour and it was very straight forward. After just driving for a few minutes, i knew that i was going to be a happy camper. The light output is amazing. Very crisp and clear with very defined cutoff lines at the edges of the beam. I even had a freind drive my truck while i drove a small C220 Mercedes to see how much glare...and i was very suprised to see that there was almost none. No more glare than standard halogen bulbs. I tried to take some digital picutres last night, and i could not get them to come out very well, so i will have to try again with another camera. Does this kit replace the entire factory light assembly, if not, what does the kit come with and where did you get it? I've been wanting to convert to HID for some time but haven't found any kits available for the Super Duty. Also, any modifications needed for the install?

The it replaces the bulbs only, not the housing. I have the factory clear lenses that i bought from Ford direct. The kit comes with the bulbs, ballasts, starters and all the wiring nessecary. No wires need to be cut, the kit plugs right into you factory harness. I bought the kit from a place in Phoenix called Street Beat Customs. Total install time was under an hour. The results are unbelivable! You would be very pleased upgrading from the factory lights!
