Door lock problem

My right side door look quit work with the remote and with the pad on the door It tries to open but cant Is it the motor inside the door or something else?

how new is it. Those actuators can burn out sometimes.

Ford is famous for this. You will need to replace the actuator. You may be able to remove the actuator, lube it, and get it free again but the water has gotten into it and it will only last a while longer. This is a common thing. Late 80's / early 90's Mustangs were really bad!!!
