Welcome to FTE!
You can get the stuff out of a wrecked on and wire it up.
I do not know of everything you'll need but you'll definantly need the sensor that goes behind the front grill and the LED console itself.
It may be cheaper and easier just to go aftermarket. I've seen bunches but always preferred the integrated ones that replace your inside rearview mirror. My $0.02...

I dont know about anyone else but my "Outside air temp" Display reads about 30 deg off what it should be like today when it was snowing all day and all day it read 64 deg! I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem?
