Trailrider Pic

Well here it is, hope it works https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal.../69056.520.390 sadly, it wont be getting any further along than this for quite some time because its time to push it out of the shop and get geared up for the upcoming mud racing season!!!! It looks as if three of the tracks I go to are going in together to have a combined points championship besides just their own individual series. Dads 78 Bronco is going to tear some Cherokees new A-holes in the street stock class, and I will be leaving a trail of GM carnage in stock and outlaw classes!!!!

Talk about a wild cross between uber-goofy-lookin and totally utilitarian! I LOVE it! It's like my tube buggy on a massive weightloss plan!

Thats is IF you ever get that motor put together monster , still haven't seen you get a blower yet for that beast either, you're starting to slack off there .

Man that thing is bad ***, them tires (we have tires a set a series wider on the farm), shouldn't have a problem in the mud.

NO, NO, NO the blower is for Ivan they won't let me run one in modified class or it would be a consideration just for the coolness factor besides at 13:1 compression I don't think a blower is a good idea, but nitrous on the other hand sounds like a real good idea

Thanx guys, that means a lot, almost makes me feel guilty for stopping on it, but with some of the heavy hitters from the ford camp not racing anymore, I can't just sit by and let brand X's gain any ground- Those are some 24x8 wheels that I cut the original centers out of and had a local fab shop laser cut some new centers that I welded in. Did anybody have any problems recognizing the grille as Bronco???? I do have more pics if anyone cares!!!

At a minimum, just the grille, but will probably put the front fenders on too.

That grill makes it look mean, no mistaking what brand it is.

Curious, what axles you running underneath it??

Rear axle is out of a 79 1 ton box type delivery van and the front is an open knuckle 35 spline Vermeer trencher axle that I widened out, both axles loaded with 5.89 gears and Detroit Lockers.
