casting #s

casting #s on block at fuel pump are 6m8-aheads c8ae-h
intake c8ae-9424-f Alum 4brl
just wondering about them motor was free any knowledge apperciated

Thats not much to say. heads are standard and don't have herdened exhaust seats. Without looking the intake must be a cj or police interceptor. I'm guessing its a 428 or 390GT without looking up the numbers.

I'm guessing the casting number is C6ME-A not 6M8-A. This could be a varity of engines as many used that casting number. Is the engine in or out of the vehicle?
