Why won't Ford but silver on a lariat? A silver supercrew w/ Black interior would be awesome. I saw they now offer it on the F250 Lariat Why not the 150

 

it probably will come out later. i think they arent making them now because it comes on the cheaper models.

 

My XLT is silver and I think it is the best color for the truck but you can't get it with a black interior. But you also can't get a regular cab in anything nicer than an XLT. Some of us would like to have all the bells and whistles but don't want or need a back seat. If more than 2 people want to go with me, we use their vehicle and let them buy the gas.

 

I'm with you guys here. I'm a wishing for a silver lariat with black leather interior. I saw the Lincoln in silver and I think it looks good. But even the lincoln doesn't have black interior.

 

If you look on the 2005 brochure, the back page has a pic of a new gray colour for the F 150, which was on the F250's last year. Is called Dark Stone Gray. Apperently it looks great.

 

not correct. you can get a regular cab FX4 with all bells and whistles.
i have one. not many around and that's nice.

 

I have an FX4 Screw w/ silver ext and black leather and love it. It is defenately the best color combo IMO

 

yea fx4s come in cooler colors i wanted that red/gray on my lariat

 

Well why not buy a white colored one with black interior? Then take it to a high qualiy paint shop to get the silver shade you want. I agree Ford should offer all the requested color combinations but there is more than one way to skin a cat!!!

 

ford will make the color you want on the truck you gotta buy like 25 or 50 or something like that.

 

I believe the reason is every color on a Lariat needs to work with Arizona beige. Personally, I think the silver/beige two tone would be flat ugly.
