I have a 1980 F-150 Custom and want to lower it a little. How would I go about doing that? does anyone have a kit to do it or will I have to cut coils and take out leafs?

you cant cut the coils on the I-beam front ends, because it will throw the alignment off big time. I havent seen any lowering kits for these trucks, so if anyone knows, let us know! I'm looking for one too, that is if I keep my old truck, 83 f100 466/c6..been tryin to sell it for a couple months, no good offers yet. Guess gas prices have people buying v-6's, not big-blocks. Heck, the 466 gets better mileage than my 95 302-5speed.
