C-700 Identification

Our shop has C-700 that we bought for the box body only. Thinking of selling the truck, and trying to figure out what year it is and what engine. VIN is C7OEVR77326, Trans. code is "M", GVW is 24.000lb, Axle is 54, and the number 250264 is after the GVW. I believe the engine to be of the FE family, judging by the way the valve covers bolt to the intake and the block. Someone says it could be a 330, 360 or 370. Any help would be appreciated. By the way, the truck was running when we parked it about eight years ago.

The Vin C7 = 67
The engine is a FT the big truck FE (auto, light truck) engine.

The 1969 Ford Truck shop manuals will give you a run down on what all the code mean...

The 72 shop manule shows it to be a C700 with a gas 361 FT 2V engine. The 361 is basically the 360 FE with a stronger crank including a larger snout. This larger snout can be seen by the different timing gear cover.

Thanks for the info. I had a feeling that it was a '67 model, but was not sure about the engine.
