I've been tossing around the idea of lifting the front of my 94 f150 4x4, I want nothing less than a full 2" to level it out, but all the spring replacement coils say 1 1/2"-2", so I'm guessing you might not get a full 2"s, but I see spring spacers for sale that are 2" thick, so I figure if I put that under the coil I got now, I got to get 2" lift, right? anyone use theses and what do you think, any draw back with using theses donuts, do you need longer shocks with 2"s of lift, probably definitly a camber kit I assume
Unless the spacer is a lot cheaper than the coil, I'd go with the coil since you'll get a bit more travel, and a fresh spring.
The result with springs cannot be deterministic because one engine weigh more than another one, and some people have stuff mounted on the bumper/frame; others might have a front end with saggy springs, in which case they may actually get more lift.
