Chris I think I'm one of the people that posted about having non-power windows front or back & once back door was taken down I noticed what I thought was the crank guts @ that time & posted it. I have gone in since again & found out all is needed for the rear doors in MY truck is the switches to make them power. I have not added power to the fronts yet but when I do all I'll need to do is add power for the rear door windows.
