Shop manual publication dates
I just got a complete set of shop manuals for my 1971 F100. (IN MINT SHAPE TOO) The publication date on the bottom of the first page on all the manuals is NOVEMBER 1970. My question is this:
Did FOMOCO publish later editions of manuals in this era?
Would anyone with a 1971 manual please check the publication date and relay the info to me?
For my 99 F250 I have a factory CD shop manual. But, most of the ones on ebay are "old editions". With todays technology, a updated CD sent to the dealerships is easy to do. But with paper hard copy, I wonder if they sent out complete updated editions.
Anyone have a need for a "Detroit Iron Information Systems" Complete Factory Shop Manual on CD for 1971 Ford Trucks? Since I got the paper I
don't need the CD.
