Is anyone else tired of seeing a bunch of glory hounds showing off? Why can't they just play good defense instead of showing off their stockpile of dunks? Isn't that what the dunk contest is for. I have no interest to watch it anymore and I love basketball. How about you guys?
Personally I like watching the dunks during play better than the dunk competition, even if there isn't much defence.
I would like to see some of the bigger stars participate in the dunk competition. This years was the best in a long time, but I still think it could have been better by adding a few big name guys.
I agree with you. It has got to the point that the only thing I watch is a good college basketball game or MXC on Spike...LOL!
I am not a fan of pro sports anyway. I like high-school and college sports but sometimes I have to wonder about some of them.
I'm not a basketball fan at all, but I have to admit that Steve Nash's pass during the dunk contest was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. But he's a great athlete in general. He is talented enough at soccer to be playing for our national team (but I don't think that takes much), and was a hockey goalie growing up. Way to go Steve!
