I keep getting a trouble code P1633 - KAM VOLTAGE LOW - when I start my truck to let it warm up in cold weather. It does not occur every time - but it is getting annoying. Regular code books don't have the code details as it appears to be a Ford-only code.

Can someone advise what this code means and possible solutions.
The KAM is an acronym for Keep Alive Memory and you have a low voltage indication so it stands to reason you have a voltage or ground problem.
I would concentrate on the Battery, then cables and body grounds, then PCM connector/s, then alternator. Along the way I would pull out inspect and reinstall every fuse and relay in the cabin and engine bay.
Check for water or dampness behind the main fuse panel. Some times there are windshield leaks that let water in and berhind things and cause all kinds of gremlins.
Good luck tracking it down. Electrical weirdness can be frustrating and if it is just a loose connection it will be hard to figure out what finally worked.
