my boss has a f150 2wd, mid's 80's not sure of the year. the transmission is a 3speed automatic, c4 i think, and the thing is stuck in park and won't come out. does anybody have a whats wrong since i don't have a clue about automatic transmissions.
any information is appreciated.

I would guess the steering column is locked. You can usually give a pretty good jerk on the steering wheel to free it up....or, if you parked on a hill without setting the parking brake, the tranny could be locked...then you need somebody to help rock the truck forward and backward until the wheels unlock.
