First CCV mod Problem.
Well I finaly got to experience one the other day, a buddy of mine had a PSD and he did the CCV, then sold the truck to another buddy of ours, and about a week later he calls me up and the thing is dripping oil out the turbo, the exhaust joints, and the stacks are COVERED with oil!!!!. My first thought was turbo seals are gone, so I have him start it and we hear this hissing sound, like a pressure build up. Shut it off, and pulled the oil fill cover and there was a HUGE WHOOSH of air. I checked his CCV and NO FLOW, not even a drop of oil in it. turns out it crushed down somewhere near the back, so we cut the line closer to the engine, and it worked. truck now works fine and no more oil in the exhaust.
I did find it strange that it just pushed the oil past the rings and not blow a seal, or push the dip stick tube out. there was oil coming out of every exhaust weld, the EBPV screws on the turbo, and it even had blown it out the stacks onto the roof.
Just sharing an interesting experience from this weekend, any one else ever have one do this???

Are you certain is was a pinch, and not condensate frozen in a "low spot"? What's your OAT (outside air temperature) up there?

The OAT up here now is 25, but it has gotten down to -30 a few times with no problems of frozen condensation, yet.
