i found a 90 bronco xlt 5.8 with flares new paint job dropped 1" with a nice looking set of rims and some huge tire.the trucks in good condition as far as looks but the engine needs to be worked. i really dont want the engine i just want the body. as many times as i check, i cant see where the flares were put in the fender. theres no screws . it seems as if the fender came flared from the factory. sorry to drag on but i would like to put the body on my 94 xl 5.0. the front lights and hood are different. the 90 bronco cost 2000.00. can the body swap be done and i still get to keep my 94 style head lights and hood? also would i be able to take the suspension package of the 90 and put it on my 94.
the rims are 17" tires are 31s. I figure ill save alot of bucks by buying this vehicle. but i dont know if the tire setup will ruin my brakes or damage the axles or something. can this be done or will i lose in the long run? the after market products on the 90 is worth way more than 2000.00 .but how do i know if the setup was done right?
The body won't fit, without shortening the pickup frame. Bronco has a shorter wheelbase then F150. The newer style fenders and hood will fit, but you need to swap the panel the wiper arms come through (cowl panel?) The flares did not come installed from the factory
Just put a new engine in it then.. It would be cheaper then trying to swap the entire body into a truck with a good engine.. am i right? not being a smart *** or anything lol.

do we know for sure that he has a pickup? He might have a '94 Bronco XL... anyway, I'd recommend looking up front-end cosmetic swaps. Swap the good engine into the '90 Bronco, then figure out how hard it would be to transfer the hood, grille, front fenders, etc. I'm sure tehre will need to be a few modifications, but that is much easier than the route originally suggested
