97 f150 4.6 heating problem
i have a 97 f150 with a 4.6 in it last summer i had a leak in a heater hose from manifold to heater core had to remove intake to fix replaced the manifold gaskets at the same time and thermostat since i have been having problems with the heat it will start to warm up then go cold then heat up again acouple of times then the gauge will go up to the max and come right back down no sings of overheating was told that i had a air lock in cooling system but it has been going on for 6 months tried to flush system with no luck and replaced thermostat just in case it was faulty
