need some clutch help

ok ive got a 77 f-100 3 on the tree and just put a clutch in it. now my problem is that the clutch pedal will not come back up when pushed in and when pushed in it will not release the clutch. ive justed it as much as i know how and i need help bad. thanks you all are great

Sounds like a throw out bearing problem. Maybe the fork popped off of the bearing or the bearing got cocked and pushed thru the pressure plate.

just put new clutch in and it won't disengage all the way.
