I Have A 2wd 78 F100 (flareside) Street Truck W/ Stock 351m, Headman Headers, Dual Exhaust, Catco Cats, Glasspacks, Holley 2bbl, 3.50 Gears... Unsure Of The Miles, It Runs Strong And Burns No Oil. I Am Considering Installing A Replacement Cam, Lifters And Timing Chain Set From A 351c. Does Anyone Know What The Cam Specs Are For The 351m, 351c 2v, And The 351c 4v Cams? I Am Looking For Some Cheep Power Gains And Found Replacement Cam Kits At Northern Auto Parts At Good Prices. Just Thought I Would Float This By You Guys. Down The Road I Will Drop A 460 In Her But For Now...

You can find the specs for different OEM cam grinds in a book called "Ford Performance" available at the online store here.
Depending on what you want to do with the truck you can get a Comp Cams 255DEH for good power and economy or a 265DEH for a little less economy and more romp.
