longer arms or brackets?
I have a 1992 flare side with a 3" body lift. I'm going to buy a 6" suspension lift and put either 38s or 40s on the truck. I was wondering if it made any difference if i have longer radius arms or just drop brackets for the original arms? The truck will be mainly on the road, not heavily off roading. What about the way they effect the highway travel?

Longer arms are better off raod. They are fine on road. They are also easyer on the frame. The drop brakets at 6'' put alot of levrage on the frame. I have seen them loosen up and crack the frame. But those were both on a mainly off road used trucks. On road should be fine. Longer arms are better if you have the cash.
