I have an 2003 F-150 FX4 Lariat SuperCrew with heated seats. The driver seat is not heating. I have removed the heater module under the passanger seat and installed it under the drivers seat and it still does not heat. The passenger seat heats no matter what module is on it. Also, the light on the switch luminates when I press it to heat but it does not heat. Has anyone else had this issue?

Sorry to hear about your problem. Unfortunately my '02 has the same problem, and I've also taken the same steps as you had mentioned with out any luck.
Chances are your problem lies in the seat grid itself, and happens to be the most common problem with the heated seats. Hopefully your truck is still under warranty, as you pretty much have to replace the whole grid.
