FORD Employees Help PLZ!

Ok, I am geeting a new truck at the beginning of March. Seeing as the rebates and Finance rates stay the same- What is the minimum credit beacon allowed to get the 2.9% financing FORD is offering on the new Superdutys. I am in Texas and 2.9 sounds GREAT. I just dont want the dealer to try to snowball me for the rebate if I am eligible for the interest rate.
Thanks

I can't answer your question, but if I can suggest doing what I did.... Find a credit union you can join that has low rates. Get pre-approved for what your loan amount will be so you are ready to refinance after your deal with Ford is done if you're not happy with it. As soon as your first bill comes from Ford, iniatiate the re-fi. I got 3.9 for 72 months by doing this.

huntercgr is right- it's hard to second-guess FMCC's buy desk. The beacon is one variable of many, and it's a constantly moving target.

And if I remember correctly, each FMCC office, or the dealer, have different beacon ratings.
