paint peeling

has anyone checked the inside of their doors and see the paint falling off
i have had 3 superduty pick ups with extended cap and the paint keeps
peeling off the inside on my 03 6.0 extended cab the paint is peeling so bad it went over to the outside of the truck. i work on cars and trucks for a living and
see this is a very commom problem coming into my shop any suggestions

Mine peels off on the bottom of the cab right at the bottom where the door shuts. I don't lift my feet up high enough all the time and rubs it off.
