no codes, new cap rotor wires plugs,ff,.anyone exp. bad injectors? real hard to find out wich cyl is missing @4400-4800 under load. have lost 3 runs from this.$nothing outlandish has been done to my truck, fresh fomoco block,cleaned up heads w/ new fact valves,no cracked seats everything is straight. just short of putting it on the emmisions dyno@work(will probably break it)im lost.

did swap coil w known good one.almost every ign mod ive seen go bad just wont run.di replace 2 inj for severe miss about 6 mos ago. has dual tanks and acts the same on both. do occasionally notice a fuel smell when on lift @ underneath. i have 2 ase L1 cert guys in my shop, and both are clueless w/ me.

If your racing, I would guess that the factory pump can't keep up. Replace the high pressure pump with a high flow unit.
Only way to tell FOR SURE is to run with a fuel pressure guage installed. Only problem is you can't see it at 70mph! So you have to take the hood off and secure to gauge where you can see it. Or just change it and see if it fixes it!
