The seller doesn't seem to be able to decide if it's a supercharger or a turbo; doesn't matter really, 'cause these things are a waste of money. They can't create enough airflow, but they sure add restriction.

back in the early '80s and late 70's I know FIAT used an electric turbo, but it was a real powerful motor that spun an actual turbo impeller, not some squirl cage fan. I think they actually created about 4-6 Lb of boost on the little 1.2 liter motors they were mounted on.
for a larger motor you would need a REALLY BIG motor that would end up putting more drag on your engine due to needing another, much larger alternator, or generator to power it.
that one would do nothing but get sucked into your motor and break something.
