"the truck is a rear wheel drive"
I'm guessing that you mean 2WD. All real pickup trucks are at least rear wheel drive, some are four wheel drive.

460 is a Ford engine.
454 is a chevy engine.

I think the factory engine options for a '75 F150 are.
300I6
302(2WD only)
360
390(2WD only)
Post the VIN and we can decode it.

Is it a short box? I think they look OK lowered if done right. I would say some 17" Boyd Coddington Classis wheels up front with some 19" or 20" Classis's out back wrapped with some nice looking rubber. I think it could make it look like a real road machine.

I'm seeing a nice silver paint job, shaved door handles, dark tint windows, '77 grill inserts, bed cap, new chrome bumpers front and back and some nice big dual exhaust exiting straight out the back with angled tips.

Here are the wheels I think would look right at home, oversized on that model;

If done right, you could pull off a Chip Foose look that would be killer on that. If it's a long box though, it just doesn't work for me. They look ten miles long when lowered.

im not offended i just came on here to ask for advice and so far only 2 or 3 ppl have given advice the rest have bitched and moaned becuz im "ricing it up" which i stated in my first post "i like ricers" where does it say i wanna rice it up you cant rice up a 1975 ford f150 even if you wanted to you would have to get customized euro lights which would cost alot. theyre is no such thing as a body kit for a 75 ford i would get american racing rims or possibly some boyd coddingtons. not momo or konig. there would be no point in turboing a truck supercharger is better. underglow would be cheesey and a fart can on that would just sound stupid. so plz stop saying im going to rice it up and instead maybe read from the beginnin instead of just bitching about something u have no idea about in the first place (its really starting to **** me off)

I think of us as: Purists & Tourists

Purists keep them stock
Tourists want them to look like something they're not

personally i dont like 2wd trucks at all, i think they sit too low. i like 4x4's with big ol tires but thats my opinion. you like lowered vehicles and thats your opinion. If you put a post on this website people are going to voice there opinions. at least thats what i think were supposed to do.
