carb problem
i have a 78 f250 4x4, it has a 400 auto with performer intake i am asking if i should ise a 650 or 750 holly,edelbrock on it the motor is just been rebuilt. it has electric fuel pump

Doc hit the nail on the head. 750 is to big.
If you off-road a lot take a look at the 670 Holley Truck Avenger. If it's a street truck look at the Holley Street Avenger.
There are tons of them on E_bay.
