I'm also considering a leveling kit. I'm looking at the Fabtech kit, which includes shocks. It looks like Superlift and Rancho also make kits for the '05. I see that Daystar makes the spring bushings, which is usually an inexpensive way to get the look w/o the performance. But they recommend longer shocks anyway. So a complete kit is the way to go.
hollywood43 i've been racking my brain lately on this . i see the revtek kit has caster bushings with there kit. caster seems to be very sensitive with the 05. i've read a post where ssomeone had nothing but problems with leveling there05 even with the caster bushings. then i read a post where a daystar kit was installed and no problems. daystar kit has no caster bushings. sure would be nice to hear from someone who leveled there truck recently with no troubles to find out what kit they used. good luck , if ya find anything else out let me know .
Good to hear that information! I haven't spoken to anybody who has leveled their Superduty yet. I'm not sure how durable the Daystar spacers would be since the Superduty weighs so much. I had them on my '01 Ram 1500 and they were questionable but I didn't offroad it so I never really challenged them. After a year on the truck they were a little stressed (buldging on the sides). No sign of them fatiguing but they did show wear. I had aftermarket shocks on the truck but didn't change them for the extra 2" spacers. Please post if you find out any more info. Thanks!
This may be a stupid question but here goes. I also have a 05 F350 Supercab 6.0 longbed.I measure the front as 3.5 inchs lower than the rear. I also have 3.5 inch rear spacers. I measured a F250 with snow prep package that had the same front height. This truck sat fairly level. I measured the rear (cast I believe) spacers and they are 2 inch spacers. Is there any reason these spaces cant be used on a 350. The width length and thickness and leafspring align pin appear to be the same.I do not want to raise the front to level this truck out.Your 2 cents appreciated. Ted

Not really an answer to anyone's question so far, but my 2002 F-250 (V10) has a snow plow package and sits level, FWIW.
I got the snow plow package solely because of posts that indicated the snow plow package would level it out and they were correct.
i just talked to revtek he told me there caster bushings go in upper balljoint and bring caster back to factory spec . there spacers made of alluminum go under springperch on bottom side of spring. they are working on a track bar bracket , he said no company has one yet. i guess when you lift the truck it pulls the front end over about 3/8 inch . bracket will fix that. i'm wondering if the bushing in the balljoint will put some serious stress on it.
That is the only difference in the 250/350 is the rear block height. I put a 4" skyjacker on my 05 and did NOT use the blocks. The truck came out level
Thanks, In that picture I had my 26' enclosed snowmobile trailer hooked up. About two weeks ago I just added air bags so that should solve that problem when towing. The ride is ok it is a little stiffer, but not that noticable. Way better than my old truck.
have a05 lariat ps sc sb 350 and put daystar leveling on front. was very easy and rides handles and everthing the same. worked real good . brings front up 2 inches. left stock shocks on but spaced the top of them down. they say need longer shocks but i have no problem.

Jon Brown -- I had that problem with my Ram. When I lifted it the kit didn't have a track bar bracket. Then it still didn't sit level so I added the Daystar spacers and the axle shifted over badly. Then I had to buy a BDS box kit. When it was all said and done I would have had less money into a full Rancho kit.
kudie did the front end shift over at all? and also what comes w/ that kit? your the second guy that installed daystar w/no problems. i have a v10 with plow pkg. i wonder if that will make a difference?
My Donahoe kit cam with an adjustable track bar.and after it was lifted 4 1/2" i didnt even align the front end.i should take it in and have it checked but it rides/drives great.no tire cupping or wear.maybe they would just sell the track bar?
