GV overdrives

Guy, yeah, you can run the GV between the trans and Tcase. Seen it done. If you have some of the old sales liturature from them, you'll see it done there that way too. I've seen some units with cracked cases too. I think what the sales people at GV are afraid of is someone hanging a T-case off the back of an overdrive without any support. The overdrive's case can't take the much weight. If the trans has support, and the T-case has its own support, the GV can be quite happy between them. Talk to one of their techs, the sales guys that answer the phone don't really have enough product knowledge for what you are wanting to do. DF,@ his dad's

As far as I know, you can put the Gear Vendors between the trans and t-case if the t-case is a divorce-mount. I haven't seen application info for a Gear Vendors in front of a married-mount t-case though. I would call them and ask about it.

US Gear, www.usgear.com, makes an overdrive unit that is meant to go between the trans and t-case. They also make it in an underdrive ratio too.
