I bought a 96 / F-150 2wd a year ago. Do any of you guys have this problem? Because I smack my head getting in and out, I think I might have to sell it.
I'm 6'-2" , I don't consider myself overly tall.

I don't know the figures, but I would think that a Chevy or Dodge full size, would not have all that much more head room. Doesn't seem like it would be worth it to sell your truck if it is a good one.Of course what do I know,I'm only 5'8".
'95 F-150. I'm 6'5". I've bumped my head multiple times - usually while getting into the truck when I'm in a hurry or pre-occupied. I've usually chalked it up to stupidity, rubbed the bump for a moment and proceeded on.....
I'm 6'1" I've hit my head 3 or 4 times in the 6 years I have had the truck. I think the truck top is higher than my old truck so I don't watch out. I use to knock my glasses off on the old truck roof.If you lift the truck with bigger tires or a lift kit you might not have the problem. Don't dump the Ford for a Dodge. SAV
I'm 6'2" and have bumped my head, wife's Denali is worse though. Generally after I do it I tend to remember to pay attention. Sometimes I just need the old mule and 2x4 attention getter to put me on track. Not the truck's fault, mine.
Sounds to me like you guys need to watch where your going! Im 6'4" and done bump anything getting in or out of it. I did have a Centurion Conversion that had a handle over the door opening that I did hit once in a while. OK Guys I shave my head and watch where I put it but damn you are all grown up, be carefull or dont cry.
I am convinced that this truck has a bad cab design. Of all the trucks that I have owned, I don't remember ever hitting my head so much. Forget to duck and BAM!! I think I will try to lift it up this summer, if I'm not paralyzed yet.
