I have a 2004 scab 4x4 with a 5.4L 3.55LS axle. Got the truck in sept. And love it. Until about 600 miles the pcm went out and the truck kept stallin. The dealer ( SZOTT FORD) had my truck for two days and 85 miles later couldnt find a problem. 5 minutes after I picked the truck up with a computer hooked up to it. The problem occured. But anyhow the best I ever got out of the truck is 12.5 mpg. Now with 8000 miles on the truck, I get 8 mpg. and is getting worse as more miles get put on it. doesnt matter city nor highway. with or without trailer. The truck has had great power ever since I got it. It has a 36 gallon tank. If anyone knows michigan. From White Lake to Marquette with two snowmobiles on a two place open trailer. I burned almost 72 gallons. When my buddy in his Z71 chevy with the same load got 17 mpg. Lookin for input from anyone.
