Maintanence Reminders
Well I am usually very good about these sort of things and I change the oil in my truck regularly. So I was a little surprised during my last oil change when I pulled out my air filter and saw that it was Completly BLACK!
Now I know for a fact that I checked this thing visually around early Dec. and then again in Jan I looked at the Air filter minder and it was still fine but when I checked the air filter minder this time it was all the way up and filter completly covered.
I had not really noticed any performance issues and the poor mileage I was blaming on the winter blend fuel. The Good news is replaced the filter and Mileage and performance made a Jump up.
Sometimes its the little things that get overlooked when looking for power and mileage loss.
