Ok, new guy is going to ask a question. I have don a lot of reading and searching for several months on the topics I will be asking in the next few days. I was also involved in the turbine/ aicraft ind (USMC style) for awhile several yrs. ago. So hope these Questions are not to petty.
I have an 03 w/ an old Magnaflow (02-03) sys. I can't take the 747 screem any longer. Though it does turn a lot of heads. My girlfriend hates it and I'm getting old enough to know when to so OK. I looked around and Banks is the only one I see w/ it in the don pipe. Would love to buy from someone here. And will a resonator effect the power at all? If a Banks, can I only buy the resonator/down pipe? I also hav an exhaust leak and it will be going to the dealer. Do I need to reinstall the cat before I take it in. I bought the truck used and will have to buy one if so!
Oh yah, I will be buying the programer and have read for hrs on the sub. Thnks for the asst.

As far as i know Banks is the only one that makes an aftermarker DP with a resonator that is specific to the early 03's.
You can buy it for under $200.
It will not reduce power in fact it should make more.
If you have any exhaust issues and are going to the dealer then by all means make it stock man!
Then put the DP on and tuner.
Maybe the dealer won't hassle you but that's a real big maybe.
Oh yeah. In case the dealer does bust your ***** for removing the cat guess what.
It all goes into the OASIS so any other dealer that works on your truck will see the info from the other dealer.
