Drain the radiator using the drain valve at the lower right rear of the radiator and then drain the block using the plugs just above the oil pan rail on both sides of the engine. Don't loosen the main bearing cross bolts, rather it is a pipe plug on each side of the block.
Fill it with water, run just a little and then drain that. Repeat until you are draining water that is absolutely clear, the close everything up and fill with a 50/50 mix of water and antifreeze.
