It's running like crap!!!
And, once again, my check engine light is on. 
I go to give it gas, it hesitates, then kicks in. When I stop at a light, it idles at about 500 RPM and runs like crap. Any ideas??
2001 Mountaineer... 5.0 litre... AWD... sorry... forgot to put that in before..

Yeah should definately go to auto for the codes i took mine yesturday they told me tune up ,pcv valve,carbon build up & iac replacement
Ill give a try & let ya know if worked mine run like crap in the morning f it is brutely cold-98 explorer spt. trac
