I just rebuilt my 1987 ford ranger 2.0L 4 cyl and i can't rember where all the vacuum lines go. I also filler the radiator and i had water leaking out of a fitting that i thought was a vacuum fitting cause it was on the intake. Any help would be greatly appriciated..
The diagram can be found on autozone.com. There's lots of useful information in there; when in doubt check it out . I have found it for you, put the appropriate diagram in my online storage, and I'm making it available here.
http://http://www.autozone.com/servl...3d800f8e94.jspthe VCV is attached to your intake manifold ( the black end is the manifold side) VRV looks like a dashpot (kind of circular with 2-3 vacuum nipples comming out the side. and sometimes 1 in the center of the circle end) the tvs attaches to your air filter housing. V CK V (vacuum check valve), VDV (vacuum diverter valve), BPT larger metal vacuum deviece in line with your ERG valve. VRDV (vacuum restriction diverter valve). the black end usually always goes towards the vacuum source. I had to redo all my vacuum lines myself. Not fun, any way take your time and constantly check with your schematic.
F,C,V are on the carb itself. I think it's S (not sure) is the largest one and a is a little bigger that all the rest. I hope this helps
