I've got an '02 F250 SD as well. I've not been under the vehicle to check it out as I've only had it for a month, but my Haynes manual reads they are on the balljoints, tie-rod ends and universal joints. They caution that there may be plugs installed in these areas, which will require the purchase of the grease zirk fittings at a parts store. Remove the plug and install the fittings, if you find any.
I don't think the stock ball joints have grease zerks as well as the stock U-joints, none of the U-joints on my SD are greaseable, my ball joints have been replaced and are now greaseable, I think there are about 5 grease zerks on my truck, I like to maintain my stuff and wish there were grease zerks on everything since I often grease everything that there is to grease.
Old oilfield saying, "If it moves, grease it. If it don't move paint it." That's my motto. I can't tell you how many grease zerks are on your truck but if it is like most that I find, not near enough, nuff said.
