Chapter Photographer

One of the founding members of the Illinois Chapter who brought us the benefit of his time, skills, talent, enthusiasium and support has stepped down as our Chapter Photographer.

Tim did a fantastic job and was quick to help others post their own photos on the site, etc.

We will surely miss seeing him as well and his fantastic 4 x 4 each month.

Having a busy young family as well as his expanding interests in many areas leaves us with a big void to fill.

I'd like to ask interested members to either post their interest in serving as Chapter Photographer here or contact me through the site e-mail.

Chapter Photographer is a Chapter Officers position and we seek a talented and enthusiastic member to fill the position.

You would be expected to take photos at each Chapter event, meeting, members trucks and post them on the site as well as Chapter galleries.

Anyone with skills with a camera interested? A digital camera I would think would be the best course or choice there.

It would be great to have a member step up and take the position before our show/picnic in May.

At this point, I may ask my oldest Son to step in and take digital pics at the May show/picnic and post them. Maybe he'll take the job?

Unless someone else has as desire for the position....................I think it's safe to say it's yours. We'll see if anyone expresses interest, yet since Tim moved on to other interests the position has been open.

Well...............it appears that since the beginning of this thread was some time ago, I would like to nominate DCP14 for the position pending the September election.

However...........you would be required to "Officially" join the Illinois Chapter.

Click "Join Chapter" at the Illinois Chapter Forum and that will notify me and I can approve your membership.

Do you have a digital camera?

Well.......I can see that you'll be our new Chapter Photographer.

No one else expressed interest in it since August of last year.

The election should make it official, you're our photographer young man!

Election

I would have to say without doubt, you'll be the new Illinois Chapter Photographer!

You are the first serious candidate to seek the position and I see no reason that you should not be given the job as of today.

Congradulations!...............You are the Chapter Photographer.
